Canarias acude a la cumbre mundial que se celebra en Madrid con una agenda propia, ofrecerá hasta 8 conferencias donde aportará sus investigaciones. Pero además tiene un objetivo ser el laboratorio donde se ensayen medidas para abordar la emergencia climática.
